I self referred to All Ears after receiving a diagnosis of Vestibular Neuritis and Vestibular Migraine, following on from Covid 19. My Audiologist was Mr Andriy Drypen, who conducted the tests and constructed my bespoke Rehabilitation Therapy. Andriy was extremely professional, kind, compassionate and reassuring, at a time where it seemed like I was never going to function normally and enjoy life again. I cannot thank Andriy enough for the time spent explaining my condition to me, so I understood what was happening to me and why, reassuring me about symptoms and relapses and making me feel very in control of my whole rehabilitation process. I was referred to All Ears back in January by One Ashford Healthcare.  I was feeling very anxious but Andriy Drypen talked me through everything and put me at ease.  I then had a number of visits as I was needing hearing aids and again he was very patient with me, allowing me to take my time and ensured I chose the right aids for me. Andriy is very knowledgeable and compassionate about all things hearing. I had tried hearing aids in the past without success. I now have top shelf hearing aids that are tailored made to fit my ears and a quality of sound I never thought you could get from a hearing aid. Very professional service, helped our 7 year old feel at ease. Our son had previous hearing issues and needed to rule his hearing out so they could continue with tests at school. Superb service. From the moment we phoned to the end, it was easy. Everyone was so professional and took the time to ensure we were happy with the care and product we were receiving. Excellent service. Arranged for Andriy to visit my dad at home initially to do microsuction on both ears. He then returned to advise on hearing aids and my dad was able to try two different products for a week or so each before making a final decision on which to go for. I have been suffering with dizziness & feeling off balance for a few months, so my ENT consultant recommended me to see Andriy.

Andriy was friendly, welcoming & is incredibly knowledgable. He was able to diagnose a problem with my ear which was causing my symptoms. I came away from my appt feeling relieved and reassured that I finally knew why I had been feeling this way.

Would highly recommend to anyone who's got children with blocked ears. Everyone there was absolutely lovely, so professional and quick. My son has suffered with blocked ears for years and within 10 minutes his problem was solved, no pain at all. Will definitely return if needed!
